No public offer

Nothing on this site is an offer of services. Participation in the network is granted solely by invitation and written agreement, at our sole discretion.

Acceptable conduct

Members must run lawful, compliant campaigns and honor all applicable advertising, consumer protection and privacy regulations. Deceptive or prohibited promotions lead to immediate removal.

Confidentiality

Information shared inside the network, including partners, terms and performance data, is confidential and may not be disclosed without prior written consent.

Intellectual property

The EPCUTOPIA name, marks, imagery and site content belong to EPCUTOPIA and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Liability

This site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EPCUTOPIA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, with disputes resolved in Clark County courts.
